The current account balance of Japan in September 2024, which was announced on November 11th 2024, was JPY1.71 trillion surplus, a decreased of JPY1.23 trillion on the same month a year earlier.
According to the latest economy watchers survey for Japan, which was announced on the same day, the DI for current economic conditions in October 2024 recorded 47.5 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, a fell by 0.3 percentage points on the previous month.
