3月18日に発表された1月の機械受注の民需（船舶・電力を除く）は季節調整済で8,238億円となり、前月比1.7％減少しました。また、外需は同期間に4.4％減少しました。
同日発表された中国の1-2月の鉱工業生産は前年同月比7.0％増となり、前月の6.8％増から加速しました。
また、ユーロ圏のHICPによる2月の消費者物価指数は前月比0.6％上昇しました。

The machinery orders from domestic private-sector ( excluding orders from ships and electric power companies) in Japan in January 2024, which was announced on March 18th 2024, was a seasonally adjusted of JPY823.8 billion, a fell by 1.7 percent from the previous month. And the machinery orders from overseas fell by 4.4 percent during the same period.
Announced on the same day, the industrial production in China in January-February 2024 increased by 7.0 percent from the same month a year earlier that accelerated from 6.8 percent of the previous month.
And the consumer price index by HICP in Euro-area in February 2024 rose by 0.6 percent from the previous month.
