12月14日に発表された10月の機械受注の内需（船舶・電力を除く）は、季節調整済で前月比0.7％増加しました。 また、外需は前月比3.4％減少しました。
同日、欧州中央銀行は、政策金利の据え置きを決定したと発表しました。
また、米国の11月の小売・外食の売上高は季節調整済で7,057億ドルとなり、前月比0.27％増加しました。

The machinery orders from domestic private-sector ( excluding orders from ships and electric power companies) in Japan in October 2023, which was announced on December 14th 2023, rose by a seasonally adjusted of 0.7 percent from the previous month. And the orders from overseas decreased by 3.4 percent from the previous month.
Announced on the same day, the European Central Bank decided to keep policy interest rates.
And, the sales for retail and food services in U.S. in November 2023 were US$705.7 billion on a seasonally adjusted basis, a rose by 0.27 percent from the previous month.
