10月26日に発表された9月の企業向けサービス価格指数（2015年＝100、速報値）は107.3ポイント、前年同月比2.1％上昇しました。 うち、 店舗賃貸や駐車場賃貸などの不動産賃貸の指数の伸び率は、前月の 1.3% (前年比) から 0.9% (前年比) に低下しました。

The services producer price index for Japan in September 2022 (2015=100, preliminary figures), which was announced on October 26th 2022, was 107.3 points, a rose by 2.1 percent from the same month a year earlier. Of which, the price index growth rate of the real estate rental services, for example the sales space rental and parking space rental, decrease to 0.9 percent (YoY) from 1.3 percent (YoY) of the previous month.
