9月8日に発表された7月の経常収支は2290億円の黒字、前年同月比1兆4860億円減少となりました。うち、前年同月比で、貿易収支と第2次所得が赤字、第1次所得が黒字でした。
同日発表の8月の景気ウォッチャー調査によると、現状判断DI（季節調整済）は45.5、前月比1.7ポイント上昇しました。また、先行き判断DI（同上）は49.4、前月比6.6ポイント上昇しました。
また、米国の7月の消費者信用残高 (季節調整済、年率) は 6.2% 増加しました。

The current account balance for Japan in July 2022, which was announced on September 8th 2022, was JPY 229 billion surplus, a fell by JPY 1486 billion from the same month a year earlier. Of which, compared with the same month a year earlier, the trade balance and secondary income were deficit, but the primary income was surplus.
According to the economy watchers survey for Japan in August 2022, which was announced on the same day, the DI for current economic conditions (seasonally adjusted) was 45.5 percent, a rose by 1.7 percentage point from the previous month. And the DI for future economic conditions (same as above) was 49.4 percent, a rose by 6.6 percentage point from the previous month.
And, the consumer credit outstanding for U.S. in July 2022 (seasonally adjusted, annual rate) increased by 6.2 percent.
