Average amounts outstanding of the monetary base in Japan in May 2026, released on 2nd June 2026, was JPY575.8 trillion, a decreased by 12.2 percent from the same month a year earlier, down from 11.3 percent decreased in April 2026.
Preliminary estimate of the euro area annual inflation rate in May 2026, released on the same day, was 3.2 percent, up from 3.0 percent in April 2026.
